A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco, Washington, accepting the 2014
Downtown Pasco Development Authority Work Plan.
WHEREAS, City Council approved funding for preparation of the Downtown Pasco
Development Authority (DPDA) Work Plan in January of 2014; and
WHEREAS, Council recognized that a multi -year work plan would establish working
priorities for the DPDA Board and Executive Director, and is essential for the long term success
of the DPDA and its revitalization efforts; and
WHEREAS, The development of the Work Plan included public meetings with business
and civic interests in the Downtown by the DPDA Board on June 4th and July 17, 2014; and
WHEREAS, The DPDA Board has approved the Work Plan; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The DPDA Work Plan prepared in June of 2014 is accepted by the City
Council of Pasco, Washington.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage and signature below.

dated this day of 2014.
