REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. January 8, 2014
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Marilynn Baker, Tom Brandon, Dan Stafford,
Devi Tate; Absent: Malin Bergstrom (excused).
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
December 11, 2013; Approved
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
A. None
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Commissioners reviewed 2013 assignments progress.
B. Commissioners reviewed the Proposed Historic Preservation Action Plan; some
dates were altered. The implementation plan was otherwise approved by the
Commission.
C. Assignments:
a) Staff was assigned to provide links to the Certified Local Government (CLG)
requirements and the Washington Information System for Architectural
and Archaeological Records Data (WISSARD) database.
b) Commissioners were assigned to assemble and turn in resumes in
compliance with the CLG requirements on or before the next HPC meeting
(February 12, 2014).
VII. 6:20—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Progress Report - Commissioners Stafford and Baker volunteered to act as
liaison to the WSRHS to facilitate the Railroad Museum land acquisition
process.
