A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PROPERTY SURPLUS TO CITY
NEEDS.
WHEREAS, there is certain equipment surplus to City needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON:
SECTION 1: The equipment listed is declared surplus property:
1) Mobile Aisle Filing System.
SECTION 2: City staff is hereby authorized to sell said surplus property to Benton
County Superior Court for $1000.00 plus appropriate sales tax.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this day of
March 2014.
