I. PURPOSE:
This Administrative Order is issued to establish a policy and expectations regarding
compliance with letter and intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act, its amendments
and the Washington Law Against Discrimination.

IV. POLICY:
The City of Pasco ensures equal employment opportunity for all job applicants and
employees. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Washington
Law Against Discrimination, reasonable accommodations will be provided when
requested, both during the application process and during employment.
The City of Pasco makes every effort to provide equal access to all of its facilities,
programs and benefits. If a job applicant or employee has difficulty with access, the
problem should immediately be brought to the attention of Human Resources so a
reasonable accommodation can be considered.
