PURPOSE: This Administrative Order is issued to establish a policy and expectations regarding compliance with letter and intent of the Americans with Disabilities Act, its amendments and the Washington Law Against Discrimination. II. DEPARTMENTS AFFECTED: III. All ■ 42 U.S.0 § 12101 et seq. — Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ■ 49.60 RCW — Washington Law Against Discrimination IV. POLICY: The City of Pasco ensures equal employment opportunity for all job applicants and employees. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Washington Law Against Discrimination, reasonable accommodations will be provided when requested, both during the application process and during employment. The City of Pasco makes every effort to provide equal access to all of its facilities, programs and benefits.
