HomeMy WebLinkAbout4133 ordinanceORDINANCE NO. 13� AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2013. WHEREAS, staff has identified the need to make certain revisions to the 2013 Capital Improvement budget originally adopted through Ordinance No. 4082 on December 17, 2012, and WHEREAS during the year 2013 additional capital improvement expenditures became necessary that were unanticipated and a need exists requiring a Supplement to provide for such expenditure authority, and WHEREAS a Public Hearing has been held subsequent to due notice, and the City Council has after consideration, deemed the proposed Supplement to the Capital Improvements Projects Budget necessary and appropriated; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: §1.
