REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. March 13, 2013
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:15—ROLL CALL: Present: Marilynn Baker, Tom Brandon, Dan Stafford
Absent: Dave Dalthorp (Excused), Devi Tate (Excused).
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
February 13, 2013
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
A. None
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
VI. WORKSHOP:
A. Discussed the Historic Preservation Plan timeline. Consultant agreement will
be on the City Council consent agenda for Monday March 18, 2013.
VII. 5:55—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. HPC Chair Dan Stafford shared a 1910 Bi-City Phone book; suggested making
replicas to sell as a fund-raising item for the Franklin County Historical
Society Museum.
B. The Washington State Railroads Historical Society will be required to vacate
the current site by May 1S1, due to phasing requirements of the Lewis Street
overpass Project.
