THIS COMMUNITY GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD AGREEMENT ( "Agreement ") is entered into
between the record owner(s) of El Nuevo Farayon (El Nuevo Farayon), located at 101 West

are: No minors allowed on the entire premises, submitting a security plan, or signing a good
neighbor agreement with the local government."
