A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of equipment surplus to City needs.
WHEREAS, there are certain equipment items surplus to City needs; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
SECTION 1: The equipment listed are declared surplus property:
1) Headman Check Signer/Dater Machine,purchased 1992, estimated value is over
$500
2) Star Dock, estimated 20 years old, value may be over$500
SECTION 2: City staff is hereby authorized to dispose of said surplus property at
auction or for scrap for a price that is in the best interest of the City.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this /7 tday of
February 2013.
