REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. December 12, 2012

Baker, Tom Brandon. Absent: Devi Tate.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
November 14, 2012: Approved as written.
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
A. None
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
II. WORKSHOP:
A. The Historic Preservation Plan Request for Proposals (RFP) was discussed; the
Commission unanimously approved of the RFP and scope of work with the
exception of the reference to "agriculture" from the bullet point about a
proposed museum.
III. 5:55—OTHER BUSINESS:
A. Card signed for Jerry Dilger for his assistance with the cemetery tour.
B. Dan Stafford shared a photo of the second Pasco RR depot, looking south
from approximately Clark Street.
