REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. November 14, 2012
I. 5:23—CALL TO ORDER:
II. 5:25—ROLL CALL: Present: Vice Chair Marilynn Baker, Tom Brandon, Dave
Dalthorp, Devi Tate. Absent: Dan Stafford.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Approved.
October 10, 2012
IV. 5:30—OLD BUSINESS:
A. Cemetery visit (Thank you to City of Pasco GIS Specialist Jerry Dilger)
B. Franklin County Historic Museum expansion design: Addition may be
stylistically similar but cannot be identical, in order to retain historic
character and State historic Register status of original building.
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
II. WORKSHOP:
A. The Commission agreed that an outside consultant with historic planning
experience may be helpful in recognizing "missing pieces" of a workable
historic preservation plan and suggesting innovative approaches to otherwise
impossible historic planning issues in the City, such as incentives for
preserving residential and nonprofit historic resources. Staff will craft a
Request for Proposals (RFP) and present it to the Commission for review.

A. Next meeting is scheduled for December 12, 2012.
