A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
RECOMMENDATION AND APPROVING A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR A WATER PUMP
STATION IN THE 1100 BLOCK OF HARRIS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco submitted an application for the location of a domestic
water booster pump station in the 1100 Block of Harris Road (Tax Parcels 115- 210 -022); and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 20, 2012 to
review the proposed church; and,
WHEREAS, following deliberations on December 20, 2012 the Planning Commission
recommended approval of a Special Permit for the pump station with certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
1. That a Special Permit is hereby granted to the City of Pasco for the location of a
booster pump station in an RT (Residential Transition) District under Master File
# SP2012 -027 with the following conditions:
a) The Special Permit shall apply to Tax Parcel #115210022.
b) The site shall be developed in substantial conformity with the site plan
submitted with the special permit application;
c) The booster pump station shall be designed to meet the I -182 Corridor
architectural standards of PMC 25.58;
d) All exterior piping and conduit shall be painted to match the exterior
finish of the pump house;
e) Eight (8) trees shall be planted along the Harris Road frontage meeting
the standards contained in PMC 25.58 and 25.75.
