a) The "Cookie Social" agenda was finalized for the March 6, 2012 Franklin
County Historical Museum meeting.
a) The Historic District proposal was completed and circulated to HPC
members and stakeholders.
b) Some preliminary/informal discussion was held concerning the design and
organization of a proposed railroad museum.
