A. Historic District Proposal: Discussed City Council goal for a Historic
Preservation Plan (Copy of Council Goals to be sent to Commissioners upon
ratification by City Council).
B. Design and organization of proposed railroad museum: Discussed the
possibility of afield trip to Toppenish to explore their Railroad Museum for May
3rd, 2012.

A. Discussed the current disposition of the Porter-Bell "Blue Mountain" Steam
Engine.
