A. Discussed Historic Preservation Plan
a) Discussed adding Goal HP-7 "Long-Term Goals/Action Items;
(1) HP-7.1 Railroad Museum; including
(a) Generating concept,
(b) Land acquisition
(c) Architectural/engineering/construction design
(d) Construction
(e) Artifact transportation
(fl Artifact short- and long-term storage,
(2) HP-7.2 Historic District (Consortium? Nodes?).
(a) Commissioners agreed that items HP-1.2 (Index), 1.3 (Register) and
HP-5.1/S.2 (Qualifications) could be moved and placed under HP-
7.2.
(b) Submission for approval (Planning Commission/City Council
(c) Rules 8v Regulations (Restoration/maintenance)
