REGULAR MEETING 5:15 P.M. March 14, 2012
I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
February 8, 2012: APPROVED
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
a) Commission discussed their experience at the intergroup forum discussion
concerning a proposed historic district and placement of a railroad
museum.
b) A map of one proposed site was distributed to the Commission: BNSF
property between "A" Street and Lewis just east of 11th Avenue.
c) The Commissioners wondered if City Manager Gary Crutchfield would be
willing to approach BNSF about land acquisition; it was also suggested
that the railroad historic society could approach the current owner of
BNSF directly.
