I. 5:15—CALL TO ORDER:

(Late/excused); Tom Brandon; David Dalthorp. Absent: Devi Tate (Excused)
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
August 8, 2012 (Approved unanimously)
IV. 5:20—OLD BUSINESS:
A. None
V. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. None
II. WORKSHOP:
A. Discussed Historic Preservation Plan:
a) Approved Goal HP3 inclusive;
b) Approved Goal HP4 inclusive with changes as follows: "Promote and
facilitate the early identification and provide alternatives for resolution of
conflicts between preservation of historic resources and alternative uses."
c) Approved Goal HP5 inclusive;
d) Approved Goal HP6 inclusive;
e) Preliminary approval of Goal HP7, with addition of Policy HP7.3
"Partnering with Franklin County Historical Society and/or other groups of
similar nature," and with a proposal to add "Agriculture" to the Railroad
Museum with subcategories including Irrigation, farming, migrant
workers, and the wine industry.
