A RESOLUTION approving the Program Year 2013 Community Development Block
Grant Allocations and Annual Work Plan.
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the Program Year 2013 Annual Work Plan for activities
totaling $701,986 from entitlement ($580,000) and prior year reallocations ($121,986); Now,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
Section 1. That the Pasco City Council hereby approves the Annual Work Plan as
follows:
Activity Funding
CDBG Program Administration 116,000
Civic Center-Youth Recreation Specialist 20,000
Martin Luther King Community Center Recreation Specialist 20,000
Senior Citizen's Center Recreation Specialist 30,000
Pasco Specialty Kitchen 50,000
Catholic Family Volunteer Chore Services 3,986
Community Housing Improvement Minor Rehab Program 50,000
LID Assistance LID #149 114,000
Kurtzman Park Spray Park 250,000
Code Enforcement Officer 48,000
TOTAL 701,986
