SUBJECT : AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 110 . 35 ,
RELATING TO BUSINESS LICENSES .
Part IV of subject Order is amended to read as follows :
IV . FEES .
Business license fees shall be as provided in PMC
Chapter 5 , EXCEPT :
A ) Transfer of Business Location : The transfer of
a business in the City to another location within
the City , although requiring submittal of a new
application , does not require payment of the full
business license fee applicable to a new business .
Rather , the fee for transfer of a business location
shall be $ 30 ( $ 25 for the necessary inspections
by the reviewing departments and $ 5 for the adminis -
trative process ) .
The change shall be effective immediately .
