A RESOLUTION of the City of Pasco authorizing the City Manager to
negotiate and enter into a temporary services agreement with the City of Richland
for inspection services.
WHEREAS, the cities of Pasco and Richland each maintain an organized inspection
program; and
WHEREAS, each of the two cities has determined that it would be in the best interest of
its respective citizens if, in some circumstances, the services of one city is provided within the
corporate limits of the other city; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into a temporary services agreement, wherein
Pasco will provide rental inspection services to the City of Richland;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to negotiate and enter into a temporary services agreement with the City of Richland for
inspection services. Be it further resolved that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco at its regular meeting this 6th day of
December, 2010.
