A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE Y PUBLIC B OKS 7R AND O
CONSIDER THE VACATION OF THE EAST/WEST
OWENS ADDITION.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the
general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.74 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by
Resolution,NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacating all that portion
the City of pascotin the Council
Blocks 7 and 8, Owens, will be before the City Council
Chambers at, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on December
15, 2008. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required
bylaw.
