A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY DUNKIN & BUSH, INC.,
UNDER CONTRACT FOR THE COATING OF ROAD 68 WATER TANK STANDPIPE,
PROJECT NO. 08-5-01.
WHEREAS, the work performed by DUNKIN & BUSH, INC., under contract for the
Coating of Road 68 Water Tank Standpipe, Project No. 08-5-01, has been examined by the Field
Division and has been found to be in apparent compliance with the applicable project
specifications and drawings; and
WHEREAS, it is the Field Division's recommendation that the City of Pasco formally
accept the contractor's work and the project as complete; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, that the
City Council concurs with the Field Division's recommendation and thereby accepts the work
performed by DUNKIN & BUSH, INC., under contract for the Coating of Road 68 Water Tank
Standpipe, Project No. 08-5-01, as being completed in apparent conformance with the project
specifications and drawings; and
Be It Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington
State Department of Revenue of this acceptance; and
Be It Further Resolved, that the final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to
applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the Public Works Director and Finance Manager.
