A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY
GOODMAN & MEHLENBACHER ENT. INC., UNDER CONTRACT
FOR THE WERNETT ROAD/ROAD 38 SEWER ULID #142, PROJECT
#05-1-10.
WHEREAS, the work performed by GOODMAN & MEHLENBACHER ENT.
INC., under contract for the Wernett Road/Road 38 Sewer ULID #142, Project#05-1-10,
has been examined by the engineering division and has been found to be in apparent
compliance with the applicable project specifications and drawings,and
WHEREAS, it is the engineering division's recommendation that the City of
Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the project as complete; NOW,
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council concurs with the engineering division's
recommendation and thereby accepts the work performed by Goodman &
Mehlenbacher Ent. Inc., under contract for the Wernett Road/Road 38 Sewer ULID
#142, Project #05-1-10, as being completed in apparent conformance with the
project specifications and drawings, and
Section 2: That the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington
State Department of Revenue of this acceptance, and
Section 3: That the final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to
applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon
satisfaction of same and verification thereof by the Public Works Director and
Finance Manager.
