A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of seized/asset forfeiture property surplus to City needs.
WHEREAS, there are certain items of seized/asset forfeiture acquired by the Pasco Police
Department and property is surplus to City needs; and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
SECTION 1: The items of seized/asset forfeiture property listed below are declared surplus
property and city staff is authorized to sell such property at public auction through a Licensed Federal
Firearms Dealer:
