WHEREAS, there are certain items of personal property and equipment surplus to City needs; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The items of personal property listed below are declared surplus property and City staff is authorized to sell at auction the following items: Miscellaneous items: 1.
