A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF MAIN AVENUE AND PUEBLO
STREET
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the
general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by
Resolution, NOW,THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacating that portion of Main Ave between the North
line of Salt Lake Street and the North line of Pueblo Street and all of Pueblo Street east of the
east line of North Main Avenue, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of
7:00 p.m., on the 17th day of January, 2006. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice
of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 19th day of December, 2005.
