A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SALT LAKE STREET AND
CALIFORNIA AVENUE ADJACENT BLOCK 15,FREY'S ADDITION
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the
general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by
Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacating the south 10 feet of Salt Lake Avenue and the
east 10 feet of California Avenue adjacent Block 15, Frey's Addition, will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue,
Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 1 st day of August, 2005. That the City Clerk
of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
