A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2005-2009 CONSOLIDATED PLAN FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME
PROGRAMS.
WHEREAS, the Cities of Pasco, Richland and Kennewick have contracted with
Common Ground, a HUD Consultant, to prepare a Consolidated Plan covering the years 2005-
2009 that includes a detailed Strategic Plan developed from a needs assessment; and
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco has advertised and participated in four workshops and
other outreach efforts to assess the community needs; and
WHEREAS, the City staff and City Council have reviewed the draft Consolidated Plan
and received a briefing from Common Ground regarding input and results of this effort; NOW
THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That the 2005-2009 Consolidated Plan for CDBG and HOME Programs be approved.
