A RESOLUTION TO CONVERT EXISTING INTERFUND LOANS FROM THE
GENERAL FUND TO THE AMBULANCE SERVICE FUND, THE TRADE,
RECREATION AND AGRICULTURAL CENTER (TRAC) DEVELOPMENT AND
OPERATING FUND AND THE STADIUM/CONVENTION CENTER FUND, AND
TREAT THEM AS OPERATING TRANSFERS TO THOSE FUNDS
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Pasco has found that it is in the best interest of the
City to convert interfund loans to operating transfers.
WHEREAS,the Ambulance Service Fund will, for the foreseeable future, continue to be
supported in some way by the General Fund,and
WHEREAS,the TRAC Development and Operating Fund will, for the foreseeable future,
continue to be supported by the General Fund, and
WHEREAS,the Stadium/Convention Center Fund will, for the foreseeable future, continue to be
supported by the General Fund, NOW,THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Convert the Interfund Loan to an Operating Transfer. The Finance Manager of the City
of Pasco is hereby authorized and directed to convert the Interfund loans totaling$304,200
from the General Fund to the Ambulance Services Fund to an Operating Transfer.
2. Convert the Interfund Loan to an Operating Transfer. The Finance Manager of the City
of Pasco is hereby authorized and directed to convert the Interfund loans totaling $966,700
from the General Fund to the TRAC Development and Operating Fund to an Operating
Transfer.
3. Convert the Interfund Loan to an Operating Transfer. The Finance Manager of the City
of Pasco is hereby authorized and directed to convert the Interfund loans totaling$666,500
from the General Fund to the Stadium/Convention Center Fund to an Operating Transfer.
