A RESOLUTION SETTING CHARGES FOR GOLF CART STORAGE SHED
RENTAL AT SUN WILLOWS GOLF COURSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the charges for golf cart storage shed rental
at Sun Willows Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set fees which are market-based while
generating adequate revenue to cover the expenses associated with maintaining the golf course
and storage sheds; NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
SECTION 1: That the annual rental fee for golf cart storage sheds at Sun Willows Golf
Course shall be set at $350.00 per year from and after December 31, 2004.
SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to implement the fee
set forth hereinabove in accordance with this resolution.
SECTION 3: The fee set forth herein supercedes any fees for such storage established
by prior resolution of the City Council.
