A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE PASCO I-182 CORRIDOR SUBAREA
TRANSPORTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2003 the City contracted with the TRANSPO Group to provide
a I-182 Corridor Transportation Study and,
WHEREAS, on October 20, 2003 City Council authorized The TRNASPO Group to
formalize the I-182 Corridor Traffic Study into a Pasco 1-182 Corridor Subarea Transportation
Plan and,
WHEREAS, on April 26, 2004 the TRANSPO Group provided the draft plan to Council
for comments and,
WHEREAS, the TRANSPO Group has incorporated those comments into the plan and
has finalized the plan, NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The Pasco City Council (Council) accepts the Report prepared by the TRANSPO Group
dated August 2004 as completed and directs staff to utilize the I-182 Corridor Subarea
Transportation Plan as a planning document in addressing transportation growth issues and
future transportation needs.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 16th day of August 2004.
