A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, FIXING A TIME AND
PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR UTILITY
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.138, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE
THEREOF BE GIVEN IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Utility Local Improvement District No.138,
which was created and established by Ordinance No. 3613 passed by the City Council on April 7,
2003,has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to
fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City Council;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Utility Local
Improvement District No.138 will be held before the City Council at 7:00 p.m., in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 525 North 3`d Avenue, Pasco, Washington, on June 21, 2004. The City
Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as required by
law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco at its regular meeting this 171' day of
May 2004.
