A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER THE VACATION OF AN EASEMENT AND ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 29
EAST W. M.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the
general interest of the City,the City Council may vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by
Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacating the easement and road right-of-way occupying
the east 30 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 9 North, Range 29 East north
of the Franklin County Irrigation District canal and south of 1-182, will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue,
Pasco, Washington,at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 15th day of March, 2004. That the City Cleric
of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 17th day of February, 2004.
