HomeMy WebLinkAbout2793 Resolution AL RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF SOUTH 4TH AVENUE AND EAST WASHINGTON STREET. WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the general interest of the City,the City Council may vacate rights-of-way; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO: That a public hearing to consider vacating the east and west 10 feet of South 4th Avenue between East Ainsworth Avenue and East Washington Street, together with the north 10 feet of East Washington Street between South 3`d Avenue and South Railroad Avenue, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 1St day of March, 2004. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 2nd day of February, 2004.
