A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS CITY
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco holds title to 36,455± square feet of real property
located on the southeast corner of Court Street and 32nd Avenue.
WHEREAS, said real property is surplus to the needs of the City of Pasco and it
is in the public interest that the property be sold; and
WHEREAS, said property is zoned for commercial development and the City
desires the property be developed for uses that will be compatible with and enhance
existing uses in the Pasco Autoplex, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Manager is authorized to solicit proposals for the sale of this
property.
2. The property will be offered on a proposal basis where the use, size, design,
nature and timing of proposed improvement will be considered along with the
proposed purchase price.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this 15th
day of September, 2003.
