A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED BY DON PRATT
CONSTRUCTION INC., UNDER CONTRACT FOR THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
INCUBATOR FACILITY, PROJECT NO. 2-6-01.
WHEREAS, the work performed by Don Pratt Construction Inc., under contract for the
Commercial Kitchen Incubator Facility, Project No. 2-6-01 has been examined by the
Community Development Department and the Community Development Department has found
that all work required by the contract has been performed in apparent compliance with the
applicable project specifications and drawings, and
WHEREAS, it is the Community Development Department's recommendation that the
City of Pasco formally accept the contractor's work and the project as complete; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City Council concurs with Community Development Department's
recommendation and thereby accepts the work performed by Don Pratt Construction Inc., under
contract for the Commercial Kitchen Incubator Facility,Project No. 2-6-01 as being completed in
apparent conformance with the project specifications and drawings, and
Be it further resolved, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Washington
State Department of Revenue of this acceptance, and
Be it further resolved, that the final payment of retainage being withheld pursuant to
applicable laws, regulations and administrative determination shall be released upon satisfaction
of same and verification thereof by the Community Development Director and Finance Manager.
