A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public hearing to
consider the vacation of a portion of south 10th.
Avenue.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases
where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may
vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to
be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of that portion of South
10th Avenue lying between the west line of Lots 8 -11 Block 24, Riverside
Addition and a line 40 feet east of the center line of said Avenue, will be
held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour
of 7:00 p.m., on the 17th day of March, 2003. That the City Clerk of the
City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 7th day of April,
2003.
