A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2728, AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF REAL
PROPERTY WITH FRANKLIN COUNTY,WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it is necessary to amend Resolution No. 2728
by increasing the maximum payment by the City to Franklin County from $75,000 to $79,000; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2728 is hereby revised to read as follows: NOW
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby finds it is in the best interest of the City of Pasco to
acquire from Franklin County that property known as the 5th and Octave street site and more
particularly described as follows:
All Block 7, Sylvester's 2nd Addition, Franklin County Assessor's Parcel Number 112-152-
019, Records of Franklin County, Washington.
Such real property shall be received in exchange for that real property owned by the City of
Pasco, generally known as the 5th and Octave streets parcel, more particularly known as
follows:
Lots 27 to 32, Block 1, Sylvester's 2"d Addition, Franklin County Assessor's Parcel Number
112-154-017, Records of Franklin County, Washington.
Subject to a covenant prohibiting its use for parking or storage.
Together with payment of not more than $79,000.
Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute any and all documents
necessary to effect the transfer authorized herein.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, at their regular meeting
on the P day of March, 2003.
