RESOLUTION NO. 2729
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR
A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF
CERTAIN STREETS IN FREY'S ADDITION.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases
where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may
vacate rights-of-way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to
be fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of Montana Avenue from
the north right-of-way line of Superior Street to the south right-of-way
line of Cincinnati Street and Trinidad Street from the east right-of-way
line of California Avenue to the east right-of-way line of Montana Avenue
and Cincinnati Street from the west right-of-way line of California Avenue
to the east right-of-way line of Oregon Avenue, will be held before the
City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00
p.m., on the 17th day of March, 2003. That the City Clerk of the City of
Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 18th day of
February , 2003.
