A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public hearing
to consider the vacation of street and utility easements within the
northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 9 North, Range 28 East,
W.M.
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City
of Pasco requesting vacation of certain easements within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of that portion of Court
Street lying south of the South right-of-way Line of Harris Road and
northwesterly of a line parallel with and 1,325± west of the east line of Section
13, Township 9 North, Range, 28 East W.M. will be held before the City Council
of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd
Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 18th day of
February, 2003. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said
public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 21St day of January,
2003.
