A RESOLUTION authorizing the sale of personal property surplus to City needs.
WHEREAS, there are certain items of personal property surplus to City needs;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The items of personal property listed below are declared surplus property
and city staff is directed to advertise for sale by competitive bid, sealed
bid, or public auction at, or above, the minimum sale price set forth below:

— 1993 Dodge Caravan, WA 238-LTI $400
1 — 1979 Olds Cutlass Station Wagon, WA 940-DWY $200
1 — 1984 Buick Lesabre 4dr, WA546-ATF $200
1 — 1984 Chevy Monte Carlo, WA 685-HNZ $200
1 — 1978 Cadillac Deville, WA 808-MYP $200
2. Several miscellaneous items consisting of tools, clothing, portable and
two-way radios,cameras, electronic equipment, etc.
3. In the event the minimum bid price is not received on an item(s), staff is
authorized to negotiate a sale at a price that is in the best interest of the
City.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this_ day
of December 2002.
