A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE MAYOR'S
APPOINTMENTS TO THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT BOARD
OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the City Council created the Pasco Public Facilities District
by adopting Ordinance No. 3558 in July 2002; and
WHEREAS, applications for the five member Board of Directors of the
newly formed District were solicited from community organizations as required
by applicable statute; and
WHEREAS, those citizens who made application were interviewed by a
committee of the City Council, including the Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the initial meeting of the District Board of Directors must be
conducted by October 29; NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council hereby confirms the Mayor's appointments to
the Public Facilities District Board of Directors as follows:

1 July 14, 2003 John Merk
2 July 14, 2004 Mark Morrissette
3 July 14, 2005 Spencer Jilek
4 July 14, 2006 Robert Tippett
5 July 14, 2006 Leonard Dietrich
Section 2. The appointments confirmed herein shall be effective
immediately upon approval of this resolution.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco at its regular meeting
this 7t' day of October 2002.
