A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION
NORTH 15TH AVENUE.
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider vacation of East/West 10 feet of North
15"' Avenue between the south right-of-way line of West Bonneville Street and
the north right-of-way line of West Clark Street, will be held before the City
Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525
North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 7t' day
of October, 2002. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said
public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 3`d day of
September, 2002.
