A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON,
FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 139, AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE THEREOF BE GIVEN IN
THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 139, which was created and established by Ordinance No. 3427 passed by
the City Council on July 17, 2000, has been prepared as provided by law and is
on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon
before the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON,
That the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 139 will be held before the City Council at 7:00 p.m., local time, in
the Council Chambers, City Hall, 525 North 3' Avenue, Pasco, Washington on
October 7, 2002. The City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by
mailing and publication as required by law.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, at a
regular open public meeting thereof on the 3`d day of September, 2002.
