A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF FIVE
EASEMENTS WITHIN THE PLAT OF IVY GLADES PHASE 3.
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the City Council of the
City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain easements within the City of Pasco;
and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the 10-foot sanitary
sewer easement identified by Auditors File No. 532275, the sewer lift station
site identified by Auditors File No. 532277, the 35-foot utility and access
easement identified by Auditors File No.532276, the utility and access
easement identified by Auditors File No. 532278, and the 48-foot utility and
access easement identified by Auditors File No. 532276 will be held before the
City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525
North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 3rd day
of September, 2001. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said
public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 5"' day of August
2002.
