RESOLUTION NO. 2675
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE SEGREGATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL IN L.I.D. 127.
WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 provides that whenever land against which
there has been levied a special assessment has been sold in part or subdivided,
the legislative authority of that City shall have the power to order a segregation
of the assessment; and
WHEREAS, Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities Co., Inc. has segregated
a 39.32 acre tract of land identified as Account No. 05E into Account No. 05E-
001 with 1.39 acres, Account No. 05E-002 with 1.27 acres, Account No. 05E-
003 with 1.10 acres, Account No. 05E-004 with 1.10 acres, Account No. 05E-
005 with 1.10 acres, Account No. 05E-006 with 1.10 acres, Account No. 05E-
007 with 32.28 acres (See Exhibit A); and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 1995 the City Council of the City of Pasco
adopted the final assessment roll for L.I.D. 127 levying an assessment in the
amount of$57,481.45 against Account No. 05E; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That the City Council of the City of Pasco hereby directs the City staff to
segregate the assessment for Account No. 05E of L.I.D. 127 into Account No.
05E-001 in the amount of $2,032.02, Account No. 05E-002 in the amount of
$1,856.60, Account No. 05E-003 in the amount of $1,608.08, Account No.
05E-004 in the amount of $1,608.08, Account No. 05E-005 in the amount of
$1,608.08, Account No. 05E-006 in the amount of $1,578.84 and Account No.
05E-007 in the amount of$47,189.76.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 17' Day
of June 2002.
