HomeMy WebLinkAbout2666 Resolution f RESOLUTION NO. 2666 A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY IN BLOCK 1, LONG'S ADDITION AND BLOCK 119, PASCO LAND COMPANY'S lsT ADDITION. WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City of Pasco requesting vacation of certain easements within the City of Pasco; and WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of- way; and WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON: That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the north/south alley in Block 1, Long's Addition adjacent Lots 1-4 and 6-10 and Block 119, Pasco Land Company's 1St Addition adjacent Lots 4-6 and 17 and 18, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the 1" day of July, 2002. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by law. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 3`d day of June, 2002. Michael L.
