A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public hearing
to consider the vacation of a portion of an easement within the
vacated Headlight Addition.
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City
of Pasco requesting vacation of certain easements within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of the 15 foot
Northeast/Southwest utility easement adjacent to a southeast of the vacated
SR-395 right-of-way line north lying between the centerline of West Ella Street
and a point lying 10 feet north of and parallel to the south line of the vacated
Headlight Addition, will be held before the City Council of the City of Pasco in
the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco,
Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on the V day of July, 2002. That the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of said public hearing as required by
law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 3`d day of June,
2002.
