A RESOLUTION fixing the time and date for a public
hearing to consider the vacation of portions of street rights-of-way
within the Plat of Broadmoor Park Number 1.
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the City Council of the City
of Pasco requesting vacation of certain easements within the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, from time to time in response to petitions or in cases where
it serves the general interest of the City, the City Council may vacate rights-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79 requires public hearings on vacations to be
fixed by Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That a public hearing to consider the vacation of Edelman Road lying
west of Road 92 and an unnamed road lying west of Road 92 and between Lot
4, Block 4 and Lot 1, Block 5, Plat of Broadmoor Park Number 1, will be held
before the City Council of the City of Pasco in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 525 North 3rd Avenue, Pasco, Washington, at the hour of 7:00 p.m., on
the V day of July, 2002. That the City Clerk of the City of Pasco give notice of
said public hearing as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this 3`d day of June,
2002.
