A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TITLE AND DEED TO
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN ISLAND ESTATES.
WHEREAS, the owner of said real property wishes to quit claim property
to the City of Pasco and has provided title free of encumbrances and liens and
Quit Claim Deed therefore and at no cost to the City of Pasco; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to develop a neighborhood park on said
parcel; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
The City of Pasco does hereby accept title and deed to the real property
known as Tract A, Island Estates Phase 5, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Volume "D" of Plats, page 200, records of Franklin County,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco this I" day of April,
2002.
