A RESOLUTION regarding the sale of suuplus property in the vicinity of TRAC
for the development of a hotel.
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an Interlocal Agreement with Franklin
County for the disposition of Lot#6 (Hotel property near TRAC);
WHEREAS, said real property is surplus to the needs of the City of Pasco;
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco solicited proposals and received two responsible
submittals for the property.
WHEREAS, A-1 Hospitality submitted the high bid of$125,000 for the property,
Now Therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
(1) The City Manager is authorized to negotiate a Sales Agreement with A-1
Hospitality,for a price not less than$125,000.
(2) The City Manager shall submit the negotiated Sales Agreement to City
Council for consideration and final approval.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Pasco, at a regular meeting this 4t' day of
March, 2002.
